Refund Policy.

Resonance is a digital product. Once a session has been successfully generated and delivered to your library, the costs of producing it — AI model usage, voice synthesis, music licensing, storage — have been incurred by us and are not recoverable. For that reason, generated sessions are generally non-refundable.
That said, we want you to feel fairly treated. The following situations are always eligible for a refund or credit:
Automatic refunds
If a session generation fails for any technical reason — our engine errors out, the audio is unplayable, the upload doesn't complete — the credit is automatically refunded to your account within seconds. You do not need to contact us. The failed session is hidden from your library.
Refundable on request
Unused credits
If you purchased a multi-session pack (3 or 5 credits) and want to close your account while you still have unused credits, we will refund the prorated value of your unused credits to your original payment method. Email support@resonancehealing.net from the email on your account.
Billing errors
If you were charged in error — duplicate charge, charge you didn't authorize, wrong product — let us know and we'll investigate and refund where appropriate.
Unplayable or defective audio
If a session you paid for is legitimately broken — the audio is silent, cuts off, is unintelligible, or is otherwise unusable — email us within 14 days of generation with your session title or date. We will either regenerate it at no additional cost or refund the credit, your choice.
Not refundable
- Sessions you listened to and didn't enjoy — the product worked, it just wasn't to your taste
- Sessions that didn't deliver a specific life outcome (we make no guarantees; see our Terms and Health Disclaimer)
- Credits you've used successfully (one credit was consumed and audio was delivered)
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after the charge without one of the specific reasons above
How to request a refund
Email support@resonancehealing.net from the address associated with your account. Include:
- What happened
- The approximate date of the charge or session
- Your preferred outcome (refund, credit, regeneration)
We respond to refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern, please email us first. Initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider before giving us a chance to resolve it can prevent us from helping you and may result in account suspension. We take chargebacks seriously because they impose fees on us even when we've done nothing wrong.
