Refund Policy.

We want this to be fair on both sides. The short version: 30-day money-back guarantee on the unused portion of any purchase. Used credits are kept and not refundable — that's what makes this fair to other customers and sustainable for us.

The 30-day window

The 30-day window is measured from your initial purchase date, not from each renewal:

After 30 days, individual purchases and renewals are not refundable. You can still cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals — your unused credits stay with you and never expire.

Pro-rated math

Within the 30-day window, we refund the value of the credits you haven't used. Examples:

If you've made multiple purchases, credits you've used count against your earliest purchase first. So if you bought a Single Session in January and started a subscription in February and have used 1 credit total, that credit counts against the January purchase first.

Always automatic, never on request

If a session fails to generate for any technical reason — our engine errors out, the audio is broken, the upload doesn't complete — the credit is automatically refunded to your account within seconds. The failed session is hidden from your library. No need to contact us.

Founders Circle special case

A full Founders Circle refund (when zero credits have been used) cancels your membership entirely. The founders_circle flag on your account is removed, and you will not receive year-2+ monthly drip credits. A pro-rated refund (some credits already used) keeps your membership active for the credits you've kept.

Subscription cancellation vs refund

These are different things. Cancellation stops future billing — you do that yourself from the account dropdown or our billing portal, anytime, no questions. Refund returns money already paid, subject to the policy above.

You can cancel after 30 days; you just can't get money back on past charges. The credits already in your account are still yours and never expire.

How to request a refund

Email support@resonancehealing.net from the address associated with your account. Include:

We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days after that.

Chargebacks & bank disputes

Please email us first. Initiating a bank chargeback before giving us a chance to resolve it imposes fees on us even when nothing's actually wrong, and may result in account suspension. Bank disputes are handled separately from refund requests, and credits are revoked the same way as a refund when funds are withdrawn.
