Terms of Service.

Welcome to Resonance ("Resonance," "we," "us," or "our"), a product of Healthy Soul Healing. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Resonance website and the custom hypnotherapy audio generation service available at resonancehealing.net (the "Service").

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use Resonance. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

Resonance accounts are created via passwordless email sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, because anyone with access to your email can receive the one-time sign-in codes that let them use the Service as you. Notify us at support@resonancehealing.net immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

3. Credits and payments

Resonance uses a pay-per-session credit model. Credits are purchased through our payment processor, Stripe. Current pricing:

One credit is consumed each time you successfully generate a session. Credits do not expire. If a generation fails for a technical reason, the credit is automatically refunded to your account.

5. Content you provide

When you create a session, you provide an "intention" (a short text description of the outcome you want) and, optionally, a name or nickname. You retain ownership of this content. You grant Resonance a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use it solely for the purpose of generating your session audio and storing it in your library.

You agree not to submit intentions or names that:

We reserve the right to refuse, flag, or remove sessions that violate these rules and to suspend accounts that repeatedly submit them.

6. Your sessions — what you get

Each successful session generates a high-resolution WAV audio file stored in your personal library. You may listen to it an unlimited number of times and download it. You own the right to use the resulting audio for your own personal, non-commercial wellness practice in perpetuity.

You may not: resell, publish, stream on a podcast, include in a paid product, or otherwise distribute or commercialize the generated audio without our prior written permission. The underlying engine, prompts, mastering chain, and voice catalogue remain our intellectual property.

7. Intellectual property

The Resonance website, brand, copy, audio engine, mastering chain, curated music library, voice catalogue, and all other materials are owned by Healthy Soul Healing or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms do not grant you any license except as explicitly described here.

8. Health and safety

Resonance is a wellness tool, not a medical service. Please read our Health Disclaimer before using the Service. You accept all risks associated with meditation, hypnotic audio, and sound-based practices as outlined in that document.

9. Third-party services

Resonance relies on several third-party providers to deliver the Service — including Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis), Anthropic (script generation), and Cloudflare (hosting and storage). Your use of Resonance is also subject to each of those providers' terms. See our Privacy Policy for how we share data with them.

10. Termination

You may stop using Resonance at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, attempt to abuse the Service, or use it fraudulently. If we terminate your account for cause, unused credits are forfeited; if you request to close an account in good standing, we will refund any unused credits at our discretion.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We make no guarantee that generated audio will achieve any specific outcome for you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healthy Soul Healing, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid Resonance in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healthy Soul Healing from any claim, loss, or damages — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of your violation of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of the Service.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered in Florida, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for infringement of intellectual property. The courts of competent jurisdiction in Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter not subject to arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (if you have an account) and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
